At Stellar Lighting Systems, we are able to ship our products to virtually any location in the world. However, there are certain shipping restrictions on a few of our products regarding international destinations. When placing your order, we will estimate your shipping and delivery date, along with the availability of the item and the shipping options you’ve specified. Depending on the shipping provider that you’ve requested, the estimated shipping date for your order will appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that the shipping rates for select items are widely based on the item’s weight. You are able to view the weight of an item you’ve ordered on the product’s detail page. In order to reflect the policies of the shipping companies who deliver our products, the weight of a product is rounded up to the next full pound.

*Shipping your product  can take 3 to 15 Days from the time the order is placed.


Stellar Lighting Systems Return Policy

 

When returning a product, we will pay the return shipping costs only if the purpose for the return is in our error, such as receiving an incorrect  item. We will be cover for the shipping  cost only if you call same day or next day after you received and inspect  your item.
In the case of an exchange or repair, the costumer will pay his or her own shipping in order to return the item.

Note: We will NOT accept returns after 15 days from the day the costumer received the item.

 

IMPORTANT

Items must be returned in new and unused condition, including all accessories, packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, etc. all return Items  will be subject to a 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

 

 

Note: A broken bulb will not be considered as a defect. In case you receive a broken bulb, you will have the right to ask for a replacement. However, in case you decide to return the light because of a broken bulb, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
You will receive your refund in approximately four weeks after posting the returned item for shipping. However, the time frame for returns might vary depending on the transit time before we receive the returned package.

 

Generally, the transit time for return packages takes 5 to 10 business days, the processing of your return requires 3 to 10 business days from the time it‘s received, and the bank refund process requires an additional 5 to 10 business days to be completed.
 
The warranty will be void if the customer initiates a repair by his/her own means. In case there are any signs that the customer opened any screws or tried to modify any part of the light to fit any special purpose, the warranty will be void.
NOTE:
At Stellar Lighting Systems, we work  diligently to protect the safety and security of both customers and our company assets.
All orders are at our discretion can be checked for fraudulent activity on varying levels of research. If we are unable to verify your payment through the information you have provided, we will communicate what is needed for us to move forward with the order process. Additional information might include photo ID, passport, copy of credit card and/or payment. Nevertheless, additional details may be requested.
In case you prefer PayPal, please use only ONE address during the purchase process. This address should be the same one that is linked to your PayPal account.

 

 

* Stellar Lighting Systems have the right to stop, refund or decline transactions that has or shows delinquent red flags in our systems.

 

    for example: when there is a billing and shipping mismatch, the inconsistency brings up a red flag for merchants.
